Paulina González is an employer-side labor litigator and attorney-at-law. She specializes in strategic labor litigation, with a practice focused on managing labor trials and designing defense strategies in individual employment disputes, including terminations, challenges to fines imposed by Mexico’s Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, “STPS”), and amparo proceedings.
She has experience under both the former labor system and the current model implemented as a result of Mexico’s labor reform, participating in proceedings before Conciliation Centers and Labor Courts. She has represented employers in hearings and has managed labor disputes end-to-end across multiple industries.
Paulina participated in an international human rights Moot Court competition in Colombia and has completed specialized training on Mexico’s labor reform. She earned her Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from ITESO and holds DC-3 certifications, as well as training on NOM-019-STPS-2011 through the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
