Our firm is also in charge of the license agreements that will be executed between our client and the retailers, which will allow the use of intellectual property rights within such website. The scope of services includes e-commerce considerations and data protection.

Cuesta Campos has represented Road Runner Apparel in litigations to recover a trademark registered by Coppel, the sixth largest retailer in Latin America with over 1200 stores in Mexico.
Cuesta Campos gave legal support to Decathlon for the strategic opening of a key store in one of the most important cities in Mexico. Our firm designed and implemented the legal strategy in order for Decathlon to open the store in accordance on the target date, in careful compliance with applicable law requirements.
