The services included training to enable the identification of piracy.

Representation of a well-known Italian brand dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of high-quality footwear in litigation matters. The trademark, which had been illegally registered by a third party in Mexico, was recovered.

Preparation and implementation of the fiscal strategy in income tax material for operations carried out in the maquila industry of a shoe industry company, as a result of certain modifications to the IMMEX Decree that redefined the concept of Maquila Operations and they implied a high impact on income tax.
