Karla Hernández is an associate in the Corporate and Immigration Law practice at Cuesta Campos’ Bajío office, where she has developed her practice advising domestic and international companies on their establishment and operations in Mexico. Her focus includes foreign investment, corporate immigration law, and regulatory compliance, delivering practical solutions that facilitate the entry and expansion of foreign businesses into the Mexican market.
She has experience in the incorporation of companies with foreign investment, immigration regularization processes, and the preparation of legal documents required for day-to-day business operations. Karla provides ongoing corporate advisory services, supporting clients in the efficient management of their legal and administrative obligations. Prior to joining the firm, she was part of the Corporate and Intellectual Property area at COFOCE, where she contributed to the coordination of international legal advisory for foreign trade promotion.
Karla holds a law degree and has strengthened her profile through institutional experience related to foreign investment promotion, enabling her to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal needs of global companies operating in Mexico.
