Ana Becerra is a lawyer specialized in Labor and Social Security Law, with solid experience advising domestic and multinational companies on the comprehensive compliance of employer obligations in Mexico. Her practice is distinguished by a preventive and strategic approach aimed at mitigating labor risks and optimizing workforce management, aligning her clients’ operations with the Mexican regulatory framework.

She has participated in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, employer substitutions, and internal investigations related to labor compliance, advising industries such as automotive, manufacturing, electronics, construction, and retail. She has also been involved in the drafting and analysis of legislative reform initiatives aimed at regulating labor and social security provisions impacting various industry sectors, enabling her to anticipate regulatory risks and provide solutions aligned with evolving legal trends.

She has extensive experience in labor audits, implementation of hiring schemes (including specialized services), and the design of structures for managing labor relations. She has advised domestic and multinational companies on individual and collective disputes, employee terminations, changes in working conditions, and profit-sharing schemes.
