Andrea Mendoza has focused her practice on Corporate Law and Foreign Trade. She has experience offering legal consulting services to both national and foreign companies in various sectors of the industry, like corporate governance matters consistent with providing expert input on meeting regulatory compliance obligations before the Ministry of Economics, among other authorities, as well as obtaining authorizations for the incorporation and operation of commercial entities in Mexico.

Her experience includes the review and preparation of different types of contracts, agreements and documents necessary for the foreign trade operations of a company in Mexico.
