Azucena Marín es socia con más de 27 años de experiencia en fusiones y adquisiciones, operaciones financieras e inmobiliarias, asesorando a empresas multinacionales en transacciones complejas en México y a nivel internacional. Su práctica se distingue por un enfoque estratégico orientado a negocio, con especial énfasis en inversión extranjera, derecho de la competencia y gobierno corporativo, permitiendo a sus clientes estructurar operaciones eficientes y cumplir con marcos regulatorios altamente especializados.

Ha liderado adquisiciones estratégicas, coinversiones (joint ventures), estructuración de grupos corporativos y financiamientos con garantías colaterales, así como proyectos inmobiliarios industriales, comerciales, residenciales y turísticos. Su experiencia incluye fideicomisos, régimen de propiedad en condominio, contratos de construcción, sale-leasebacks, esquemas built-to-suit, así como planeación patrimonial. Asimismo, asesora en cumplimiento en materia de competencia económica y antimonopolio, atendiendo a industrias como automotriz, manufactura electrónica, financiero, farmacéutico, inmobiliario y consumo.

Azucena es licenciada en Derecho y cuenta con una destacada participación en foros nacionales e internacionales. Es miembro del Consejo Directivo y coordinadora del Comité de Competencia Económica de ANADE Jalisco, así como integrante de la American Bar Association (ABA) y la International Bar Association (IBA). Es profesora en la Universidad Panamericana y ha sido conferencista en instituciones líderes del sector.
