Mexican Federal Government suspension of activities due to COVID-19.

The following Federal Offices, have declared the suspension of activities, in accordance to the sanitary crisis declared as consequence of the COVID-19 virus.

FEDERAL COURT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS.- All jurisdictional activities are suspended, from March 18 to April 19, 2020.

SUPREME COURT OF JUSTICE.- All the jurisdictional activities are suspended, from March 18 to April 19, 2020.

COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSPORT MINISTRY.- For acts and procedures carried out by several administrative units, March 19 through April 17, 2020 will be considered as non-working days, so there will be no deadlines.

FEDERAL ADMINISTRATION MINISTRY.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 23 to April 2020, provided certain exception cases.

EDUCATION MINISTRY.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended in connection with administrative actions and procedures, from March 23 to April 20, 2020.

NATIONAL HYDROCARBONS COMMISSION.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 23 to April 19, 2020.

CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICE.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended in several procedures  before the Attorney’s General Office, including conciliation procedures that cannot be handled by telephone.

FEDERAL AUDIT.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 23 to April 17, 2020.

TOURISM MINISTRY.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 23 until further notice.

FEDERAL ECONOMIC COMPETITION COMMISSION.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended form March 23 to April 17, 2020.

GOVERNMENT MINISTRY.- Legal terms  and deadlines are suspended in those procedures executed by the General Management of Games and Sweepstakes.

ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 23 to April 17, 2020.

MEXICAN TRADEMARK OFFICE AND PATENT OFFICE.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 24 to April 19, 2020.

ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES MINISTRY.- March 23 to April 17, 2020, are considered as non-working days.

NATIONAL FORESTRY COMMISSION.- March 23 to April 17, 2020, are considered as non-working days.

SECURITY MINISTRY.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended for the General Management Private Security, from March 25 to April 19, 2020.

ENERGY MINISTRY.- March 25 to April 19, 2020, are considered as non-working days.

LEGAL FEDERAL EXECUTIVE COUNSELING.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 25 to April 19, 2020.

STATE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE.- Legal terms and deadlines of the Comptroller Office are suspended, from March 23 to April 19, 2020.

FEDERAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS INSTITUTE.- Legal terms and deadlines are suspended, from March 23 to April 19, 2020.
