ICSOE (Information on Specialized Services or Works Contracts) and SISUB (Subcontracting Information System)

With the release of the ICSOE (Informative of Service Contracts or Specialized Works) and SISUB (Subcontracting Information System) systems, service providers or performers of specialized works will be able to upload the information of the contracts they execute and the information of the employees with whom they perform those services.

This is requirement complies with the obligation set forth in Article 15 of the Federal Labor Law, which states that service providers or executors of specialized works must submit, within the first 17 days of May, September and January, the information of the contracts executed within each four-month period.

To access to those systems the service provider or executor of specialized works must have a valid E-signature issued by (SAT, by its acronym in Spanish), and the corresponding registration in the Public Registry of Specialized Services or Specialized Works Contractors generated by the (STPS, by its acronym in Spanish). through the REPSE (Registry of Specialized Services or Specialized Works Providers) at https://repse.stps.gob.mx.

·       To access the ICSOE system, enter www.imss.gob.mx.

·       To access the SISUB system, enter https://empresarios.infonavit.org.mx/.   

In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, these authorities may impose fines ranging from 500 to 2000 times the value of the Unit of Measurement and Updating, (approx. $2,240.50 USD to $8,965.00 USD), therefore, both the ICSOE system and the SISUB system will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
