Franscela Sapien joined Cuesta Campos in 2014. She is member of the Corporate Law, Tax, Foreign Trade and Compliance team of Cuesta Campos. 


Her experience comprises Corporate Law, contracts and administrative procedures, preventive and transactional due diligence, in order to review the level of compliance in corporate and contractual matters; filing reports and notifications in order to keep the companies in good legal standing, incorporation of Mexican companies and preparation of red flag analysis.

Before joining the firm, she worked in a notary public office.
