Héctor Ceballos is an associate at Cuesta Campos and is part of the Real Estate and Corporate Law practices. He advises domestic and international clients on the structuring, development, acquisition, leasing, operation, and disposition of real estate projects and assets in Mexico.

His experience includes investment vehicles and trust structures, acquisitions, real estate regularization, permits, licenses, condominium regimes, and commercial and industrial leasing, including triple net (NNN) and built-to-suit (BTS) structures. He has also been involved in projects with regulatory, environmental, energy, utilities, and hospitality components, providing comprehensive advice on matters that are key to the feasibility and operation of real estate developments.

In the corporate arena, he has participated in due diligence processes, corporate housekeeping, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions. His practice combines legal and business perspectives, with a focus on legal certainty, operational efficiency, and the strategic execution of investments in Mexico.
