Jimena Faci has focused her area of expertise in Corporate Law and Banking and Finance. Her experience includes legal counseling, preparation and review of different agreements and documents, the incorporation of Mexican subsidiaries of foreign companies, as well as the preparation of the documents required for their adequate operation in our country.

Currently she participates in the representation of foreign banks in grant loans in Mexico, securities, financial structures and credit organization.

Prior to her incorporation to Cuesta Campos, Jimena worked in a corporate law firm and a notary public’s office, focusing among other matters on corporate counsel. She has participated on projects such as Fideicomiso Maestro Ciudad Creativa Digital.
