Jorge González is a lawyer focused on business law, specializing in Corporate, Contractual, and Mergers & Acquisitions matters. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international companies on structuring their operations in Mexico, providing comprehensive legal solutions that enhance regulatory compliance and support strategic decision-making.

His experience includes drafting and reviewing complex agreements, advising on corporate compliance obligations, corporate restructurings, and participating in joint venture transactions. He has also worked on the preparation and analysis of corporate documentation, as well as compliance with specialized tax obligations. Jorge has supported clients across different stages of their business operations, delivering ongoing legal guidance in diverse and dynamic industries.

He has developed most of his career at Cuesta Campos, where he has strengthened his corporate advisory profile. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a firm specialized in administrative, civil, and commercial litigation, gaining experience in dealing with courts and public authorities. He holds a law degree; and a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Law, as well as a specialization in Tax Law, and is recognized for his practical, business-oriented approach.
