Karla is a litigating lawyer in labor matters. She has experience in individual litigation before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, in social security aspects and subcontracting issues, as well as negotiation strategies for individual termination, focused on transnational and national companies with high competitiveness in their field.

She also works in civil and family counseling, where employees and third parties are involved, helping to comply with judicial orders.

Before joining Cuesta Campos, Karla worked in a prestigious firm with attention to leading companies worldwide, where she developed her skills in litigation, and in a well-known Mexican subcontracting company, attending labor litigation before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards at the nation level.
