Rosario Díaz de la Torre is a Junior Associate in the Labor and Employment practice at Cuesta Campos, where she has developed a specialized practice in labor litigation, collective labor law, social security, and constitutional (amparo) proceedings, with a strategic approach focused on protecting business interests.

She has experience representing national and multinational companies in complex labor disputes, both individual and collective, before Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and Labor Courts across various jurisdictions in Mexico. Her practice is distinguished by strong technical expertise in developing defense strategies, drafting responses to claims, handling evidence and hearings under the new labor procedure, as well as pursuing direct and indirect amparo actions, where she has achieved successful outcomes in high-complexity matters, contributing to the mitigation of legal and reputational risks.

She has advised companies in the automotive, manufacturing, and commercial sectors, enabling her to design legal solutions aligned with their operations. She is also actively involved in labor consulting, developing preventive and corrective strategies focused on regulatory compliance and business objectives.
