Vinicio is the Director of Operations at Cuesta Campos. For over 20 years he has represented national and international clients in Corporate Law and complex business transactions, and has participated in multi-million-dollar mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Vinicio firmly believes in teamwork. His particular interest in the personal and professional development of the members of Cuesta Campos and in the construction of solid teams led him to become responsible for the professional growth of the firm's lawyers, and later as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In his previous experience, Vinicio worked together with the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE) to develop the Introduction to Senior Management (IDE) course, a highly recognized program among senior students and young professionals who wish to develop their experience in strategic management and knowledge.
His representative clients are part of the electronic manufacturing industry, automotive, banking and international financial supply, pharmaceutical, real estate, sports products, kitchen equipment, alcoholic beverages, industrial logistics services. Vinicio is member of several Director Boards of various companies and institutions.
