Adrián Pérez Pastrana is a Senior Associate at Cuesta Campos, with over 15 years of experience in Labor Law, advising domestic and international companies on compliance and the strategic management of labor relations in Mexico. His practice is distinguished by a preventive, business-oriented approach that enables clients to mitigate risks, strengthen regulatory compliance, and operate with certainty in complex legal environments.

He has led and participated in key advisory projects for companies across industries such as automotive, electronics, food and beverage, manufacturing, and construction. His experience includes collective bargaining negotiations, employer substitution processes, implementation of subcontracting specialized services schemes, and the development of internal policies. Additionally, he advises on labor risk prevention, labor inspections conducted by authorities, and the management of individual and collective conciliation proceedings.
