Carla Tapia is a junior associate at Cuesta Campos, with a solid background and experience in litigation and consulting in the Labor area. Ms. Tapia has represented and advised national and multinational companies on all types of labor matters, from labor consulting to ensuring compliance with employer obligations in Mexico, including social security aspects.

She has extensive experience drafting briefs for the defense of companies before labor authorities, as well as providing specialized legal advice tailored to each case. Her practice includes reviewing and drafting contracts and essential documents for business operations in Mexico, designing and implementing hiring strategies, and managing termination processes for employment relationships, including those of senior executives.
