Carla Tapia is a junior associate at Cuesta Campos, with experience in labor litigation and advisory, assisting domestic and international companies in complying with employment and social security obligations in Mexico. She has represented companies across industries such as automotive, electronics, food and beverage, manufacturing, and construction, handling matters ranging from preventive labor advisory to representation before labor authorities. Her experience includes drafting defense pleadings, implementing hiring strategies, reviewing and preparing employment agreements, and managing employee terminations, including those involving senior executives. She also advises on employer compliance and social security obligations.
