Joint Venture with one of the most prestigious hotel chains worldwide to build and operate a hotel, condominiums and shopping center in Mexico. Our firm advised the developer of the project, which is structured through a trust agreement negotiated by Cuesta Campos.
Cuesta Campos carried out the Due Diligence derived from the Joint Venture of two of the main global car manufacturers, for the acquisition of the land where its large automotive plant was built in the Bajio area of Mexico.
