Lorena is an associate of the Intellectual Property practice of Cuesta Campos, specifically in the area of ​​trademarks.

She carries out activities related to national and international trademark registrations, from its inception to obtaining the corresponding registration title; record renewals; availability searches; presentation of oppositions; licensing and transfer of trademarks; as well as advising clients regarding the obtention and conservation of their intellectual property rights both in Mexico and abroad.

Lorena also has experience in trademark litigation, both administrative and before judicial instances.
