Lorena Pinto is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property practice at Cuesta Campos, with nearly a decade of experience advising domestic and international companies on the protection, management, and enforcement of their intangible assets in Mexico. Her practice is defined by a strategic, business-oriented approach that enables clients to maximize the value of their intellectual property portfolios while mitigating risks in highly competitive markets.

She has extensive experience in industrial property matters, combining trademark portfolio management at both national and international levels with the enforcement of rights in contentious proceedings. She has been involved in several trademark litigations, including nullity, cancellation, and infringement actions, before administrative and judicial authorities. Her practice also includes conducting availability searches, responding to office actions, and structuring licensing, coexistence, and assignment agreements. In copyright matters, she has been involved in both the protection and enforcement of rights in administrative proceedings.
