Rafael Sánchez is Deputy Legal Officer and Senior Principal at Cuesta Campos, legal counsel with master in corporate business law, with more 17 years of experience and specialization in corporate, contractual, tax and business compliance, providing advice to companies, mostly foreigners (USA, Canada, Europe and Asia) in cross-border transactions, (such as acquisitions of assets, shares, mergers and spin-offs), how to do business and operate in Mexico (with an integrated perspective of compliance), as well as the tax effects.

Rafael has strengthened his profile through involvement in multidisciplinary transactions, positioning himself as a strategic advisor for companies operating in complex compliance environments.

He is also member of the executive committee and management of our firm Cuesta Campos & Asociados, S.C., as deputy legal officer, being responsible of the professional development and achievement of strategic goals for all the practice areas in the firm.
