Rosario Díaz has focused her career on labor law, primarily in litigation and in the search for employer defense strategies before the Federal and Local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards of the State of Jalisco and various Federal entities of the Mexican Republic.
She has experience in individual litigation, from the writing of the answer to the claim, the written preparation of the offer of evidence and its relief, direct and indirect protection claims, as well as experience in dealing with conciliation, negotiation and execution of terminations of labor relations.
Before joining Cuesta Campos, she was part of prestigious firms specialized in labor litigation, time in which she developed and learned how to analyze and study lawsuits, providing her clients with strategies intended to protect the interest of transnational companies in order to and reduce the possible liabilities and negative effects for such companies.
