On July 3^rd, 2020, a Decree was published in the Federal Official Gazette, by means of which the guidelines for the resumption of activities, initiation of deadlines and legal terms at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property were set.

The Institute will resume activities on July 6^th, 2020, in a cautious, gradual and orderly manner, following a strict sanitary control of the people that enters its facilities.

Regarding the deadlines and legal terms, these will resume on July 13^th, 2020. During July 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2020, the Institute will receive all types of documents, same that will be considered as filed on July 13^th, 2020.
