Notice to Individuals with Registered Trademarks in Mexico: Fraud Alert!

We would like to inform you that alleged companies claiming to offer intellectual property services are sending notifications to owners of registered trademarks in Mexico, requesting payments to maintain their rights over their trademarks.

If you receive a notification similar to the following, we strongly recommend disregarding it and contacting your specialized attorney in intellectual property matters in Mexico. These notifications are fraudulent, and their purpose is to deceive trademark holders into depositing money into false accounts belonging to individuals not affiliated with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.

If you receive such a notification, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly provide you with information on whether it is a fraudulent notification or if your trademarks are genuinely at risk.
